    Thanks for the quick respond. Unfortunatly these solutions practice not apply. The workstation in question is at home and not backside a proxy. I have already opened the correct ports, etc; I'm pretty tech savy.

    Please log into your Microsoft Online Admin Eye and under the Services Tab update your request with the following:
